A New Way To Do Missions

Unlike many missions strategies that focus on sending American Christian missionaries, 360Serve helps you support hundreds of indigenous church planting pastors to effectively and efficiently bring the gospel to the least reached people in the world.

History Is His Story

It is the story of a loving God building His forever family. People are added to the family of God as they hear the gospel, repent of their sin and place faith in Jesus as their Savior and Lord. Our 360Serve family is comprised of Christians all over the world who believe Jesus has saved us by his grace, but that he has also left us on earth for a missionary purpose! We believe Jesus has commissioned us to go to all the nations and share the good news.

We affirm that American missionaries are very important, but face many barriers, such as the language barrier ("I don't speak their language”), the travel barrier ("How can I get there with all these travel restrictions") and the finance barrier ("I don't have that kind of money”).

We believe in the support of indigenous church planting pastors—who know their language and live in their country and are highly trained to reach their own people with the gospel. The support of indigenous church planting pastors is one of the most cost effective and strategic ways to reach millions of least reached people with the gospel.

1 out of 3 people on earth have yet to hear the name of Jesus and the majority of these least reached people live in areas where American missionaries are unable to travel and freely share the gospel and plant churches.

Strategies that reach hundreds are great, but we also need strategies that will reach millions. If we are serious about completing the Great Commission, we need to support thousands of indigenous church planters to reach millions.

"Why should anyone hear the gospel twice, before everyone has heard it once."

Meet The Founder & President of 360Serve

Mark Teyler’s life was transformed July 27, 1981—the day he placed faith in Jesus for his salvation. God called Mark into full time Christian ministry, placing within his heart an unending passion for sharing the gospel, for missions and for the Great Commission.

Over the past four decades Mark has led dozens of American based short term missions trips and his church has supported dozens of American career missionaries. These American-led mission efforts have been well intentioned, but expensive, time intensive, life changing for the Americans who attended, but the results in the foreign field have been modest. Perhaps a few hundred people would come to know Jesus annually. Mark began to pray about a new way to reach the millions of least reached people in our world.

Mark’s life was turned upside down in 2001 when he met indigenous church planting pastors who spoke their own language, knew their own culture and were leading tens of thousands of their own people to Jesus. These indigenous pastors were persecuted and they didn’t have the funds they needed to serve the Lord full time.

360Serve was born in Mark’s heart on that trip as God began to speak to Mark deeply about supporting indigenous church planting pastors, believing this could become a cost effective and one of the most strategic ways to reach the millions of least reached people in the world toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

360Serve was officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2012 for the purpose of encouraging donors and churches throughout the U.S. to pray for, support, and partner with indigenous church planting pastors to advance the gospel among least reached people toward fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Dr. Mark Teyler is ordained by the Christian & Missionary Alliance and lives in Castro Valley, CA. He is married to the love of his life, Tracy, and has three adult sons, three awesome daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.

“The greatest indigenous missions force in Christian history is assembled, trained and ready to be unleashed! Let’s support them!”
-Dr. Mark Teyler

100% Goes

We are committed to sending 100% of every dollar given to the purpose for which it is designated

Many non-profits take 10%-50% from all donations to cover their administrative costs.

How can 360Serve send 100% of donations to where it is designated?

Vision Driven Christians believe in 360Serve so strongly, they cover all our administrative costs, so 100% goes to where you designate it.

Should circumstances arise where it would be impossible to fund a designated project or, should donations be received over and above the needed support for a project, 360Serve will route those funds to a project of similar nature. All undesignated donations are placed in the 360Serve Give Where Most Needed fund.

We are committed to good stewardship and promise to honor the Lord and all gifts received to further the greatest impact possible in the name of Christ.

What We Believe

That the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. It is the complete revelation of God’s will for salvation and the only true rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.

That there is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and authority.

In the full deity and perfect humanity of Jesus Christ; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on a cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and His personal, imminent return.

That man was created by and for God; that by man's disobeying God, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.

The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God.

In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit indwelling all believers and therefore enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer.

In the bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting blessedness of those in right relationship with God, and the eternal separation of those who have rejected God's forgiveness in His Son.

In the universal church, composed of all true believers in Jesus Christ who are united in him and to one another by the indwelling Holy Spirit. The primary intent of the church is to worship God and witness for the Lord Jesus Christ until He returns. The local church is composed of a group of believers in a specific area who gather in the name of Jesus for worship, fellowship, teaching, evangelism and service.
