Cuba is the largest Island in the Caribbean located just 90 miles off the coast of Florida. 11.4 million people live in Cuba. Cuba is a Communist country since  1959 with Fidel Castro’s revolution. Today Miguel Diaz-Canel is the president. Many Cubans confess Catholicism but less than 10% go to church. It is estimated that 1/4 of the country’s population is deeply committed to Santeria, an Afro-Caribbean Voodoo type of witchcraft resulting in satanic bondage.

In the midst of this, the fasting growing spiritual movement in Cuba is evangelical Christianity! In 1991 there were just 1,100 house churches on the whole island. Today, there are over 28,000 house churches in Cuba. There are many exciting ways 360Serve is involved in reaching out to Cuba, but the most important is supporting the courageous pastors and church planters.

Support a Cuban Church Planting Pastor

What can $50.00 a month do? It can literally change the life of a Cuban church planter like Yuni! $50.00 per month will pay their entire salary. It’s hard for us to believe this, living in the United States, but that’s how far $50.00 will go in Cuba. You can support a Cuban church planter for $50.00 per month. Incredible isn’t it?

Doug Foxworthy Baseball Fund

The story of Doug’s vision for starting 600 baseball teams in Cuba to reach thousands of youth for Christ is remarkable. God has blessed Doug’s dream. As of this writing, 900 baseball teams have been started and 18,255 youth have come to Christ. How many more teams can be started? How many more youth will come to know Christ? All funds donated to the Doug Foxworthy Baseball Fund will allow Doug’s vision of baseball ministry in Cuba to continue to grow—so thousands of Cuban youth can learn baseball skills and come to know Christ as Savior and Lord.
